I like it when the readers are insulted in the disclaimer, even before the story starts. ;) (I´m just kidding.)
Your plot sounds very promising and also, as you haven´t failed to point out yourself, original in this section. I hope the amusing tone of voice of the disclaimer is visible in the story as well. :)
