Well....
Now THERE'S a neat idea, not only was Snape in love with Lily, but Harry is HIS kid and not James, although James probably never knew the truth.
Yeah, I could see this turning into one rip-roaring story, although I find it hard to believe there isn't some way to prove all of this to Harry when the time comes.
Maybe a memory of Lily's stored in a Pensieve, somewhere?
I'll put you on my favorite's list, so in case you ever get around to continuing this story, I'll be able to follow up and see how it goes.
