Looks: blonde hair (platinum) purple and blue and pink streaks. Tall-ish, skinny, tan-ish. Tattoo of angel wings on her back, and a rose on her wrist with the word "always" in cursive on the vine. Generally found in short shorts, tank tops and other "pin up girl meets indie" style stuff. Oh, she wears black holster glasses, or buddy holly glasses. And heels/converse, with EVERYTHING.
Personality: bubbly, hpy, fiercely loyal to those she loves. Tends to be a bit... Outspoken,shall we say?
She's quite witty, and loves to make people laugh. When she goes quiet, it means shes in deep thought.
Special powers(for vampire and witches): I was thinking she'd have the ability to change her eye color according to her mood. And maybe basic read on the future? Kinda like in the movie push, she can draw the future.
