Secret Identity: The Weather Duchess
Weaknesses: Enclosed spaces (if there’s no exits, she starts to run into things if she uses speed) and lead container (she can’t touch the ground and use her powers from the earth).
Backstory: She found her powers at a young age and started to chase other children and get them caught in the rain and in whirlwinds. Later when her parents found out, the government took her away and kept her in a lead room until Silence (ilovefrankieieroxx) got inside and took her.
