This is great! Nobody can catch a break. People gt made fun of for liking Justin Beiber, some use that looks like a chick and sounds even more like one, then they make fun of people who like MCR, some emo band with some weird singer dude that promotes suicide and self harm. I hate when people do that. It's happened to me, it's happened to people I know, and it's really annoying. People don't understand that it's okay to like or dislike different things, to love and hate different things. People have different interests and a lot of people don't understand that it's okay to be different. It's okay to want to be different from everyone else. That's why I really like this poem. This doesn't talk down to Justin Beiber fans and whatnot, it just says that you'd rather not listen to that kind of music, and that's perfectly okay. I love this. So very much.

I know exactly what you mean; if you're not getting hate the odds are you're giving hate to someone else's saviour, be it MCR or Justin Bieber, The Used or Take That, they all mean something to someone and I think that people have a tendency to forget that.
I hate it when people automatically judge MCR as promoting self-harm, especially when they've actually helped me to seek help about that sort of thing.
This one time I was wearing my MCR top and this huge, tall guy just stopped me in the middle of the street, shook me by the shoulders and literally growled something about MCR.
And I'm sure that some Justin Bieber fans get the exact same treatment. Perhaps we're not as different as some of us would like to believe.
Anyway, thank you sooooo much for taking the time to review; it really is very kind of you! :)
