Your version of the 'Final Battle' kind of sucks. Not to mention the sheer OOC-ness of it all.
It's like you sat out to borrow the names from HP characters, but decided to interject your very own semi-retarded personality and an almost unreal lack of ability to grasp the underlying story-line in the book.
Malfoy and Hermione detested each other for everything the other had ever been and ever would be. Draco because he believed his breeding made him superior, and Hermione because she believed his blood made him an inbred moron with a side of whiny little bitch.
So in summary, please stick to events that are a least semi-canon, or at the very least logically possible.
