Really good chapter. I love how nice and supporting Pete is towards Mikey, and how they both love each other so much. It's beautiful and heartfelt and lovely. The description is amazing and your writing style is great. This chapter was lovely too, and I totally understand Pete's hatred for Gerard.
I also love the fluff in this chapter, and they fact that they're about to kiss:3

I wanted Pete to be the sort of person who can be really quite fierce, but only when he's protecting someone that he loves (Mikey) and towards that person he couldn't be any gentler and supportive.
I'm relieved that you think Pete's hatred for Gerard is understandable; I was kinda scared that it seemed out of character and too presumptuous.
