I can sort of relate to the story, in that I've written one before, got all of my anger and self hatred out, so I crumpled it up and went to sleep instead.

I love Frikeys too, it's my favourite pairing apart from maybe Pikey.
The whole note idea was taken from that's what I do whenever I get down; vent it and then forget it.
