Nice first chapter. Good emotions and you made the bond seem genuinely accidental, because what Hermione did and said felt very natural. Nice job.

Thank you! That was my biggest worry. I didn't want this story to turn out like all the other bonding stories where they kiss and are bonded and totally wuv each other, but I didn't want Hermione to start spewing words that even she won't understand the meaning of. If that makes sense. Basically, I'm glad it came off naturally like I had intended. =)
