Harry Potter and The Mind

You know answering all questions about how harry learned skills so fast by saying that the ministry didn't want them to is neither reasonable nor practical. One or two things I can understand but chalking up every skill to it is tiresome. Ministry propaganda is one thing but the level to which you are taking it is impossible to implement. There would have been a few wizards every generation who broke the norm. And what about those outside britain, you can't say that the governments the world over are involved in a sinister conspiracy since we have as yet received no proof that the ministry officials know that magic can be performed the way harry does it. Dumbledore with all his experience was surprised, Mcgonagall and the defence professor were shocked, The board was shocked, the aurors were shocked all pointing to the fact that they knew nothing about this way of performing magic.

Author's response

Clearly, you have never lived under an oppressive government. Congratulations. Wizarding Britain, however, has a very oppressive government in my story.

I'm sorry you didn't like my story or believe my characters, and I offer a full refund of all the money you paid me for it: $0.00.
