This is certainly not terrible! I think it is brilliant. I don't know what it is about your style of writing. It just gets to me each time! This really shows the protective side of Gerard. I felt really sorry for Mikey. He just saw his brother beat up his at-this-time boyfriend. But it was for the best if Pete was just using him. I think you made a really good job out of this one shot and I hope to see more one shots soon! :)

Thank you very much, I'm extremely relieved that you think this is alright! I don't really like the way I write, most of the time I'll read something back and think that it's really boring, but it's really nice to know that it gets to you. This was definitely meant to show Gerard's protective side, so I'm glad that came through as well as creating a kind of sympathy for Mikey.
