Yeah, that's really the way to go, gotta know yourself first before you make a potentially life-changing decision. One of my friend's the other day told me "I think I'm gonna be buddhist!" And I was like "You do know you have to detach yourself from worldly pleasures to do that, right?" "WHAT?! FUCK NO!" If you're gonna believe in something, know what it is and really truly consider it. I get so annoyed with people who are only nominally religious and treat their belief system like a football team you root for during the sports season.
I do. I grew up in a church and was lucky enough to have a circle of girlfriends in it. And I also like my church, it satisfies my intellectual needs and they have become my family. And they're all uber nerdy (especially the pastor). =P
My mom and her grandma both say "Shit, fart, damn". It's adorable.
It might be! I know I've probably had similar conversations with others.
Wait... figured what out? is suddenly paranoid
I'm really pale too. I cause glare at the beach. Which is really sad because I'm a So Cal girl who has never had a tan. And I'm pretty sure I bit people when I was little... sounds like something I'd do.
Author's response
Eh, I have friends who seem to think being Buddhist = being fat. X.x
I agree with you, a lot of people are like that... about a lot of different things, it's always irritating.
That's awesome! Unfortunately the church my friend's Dad is a pastor at... is like everyone over 60 (except me and her) and the first service I went to consisted of this little old ladies cell phone ringing through out the entire service. and her repeatedly answering it, then loudly holding a conversation.
I hear she does that every service.
I almost laughed, because it was just so weird. But then I felt bad for my friend's Dad because he just tried to talk over it.
Haha, that's great! I love when older people curse. It's just... magical.
I figured out you meant review, not interview. Lol, have no worry... I'm not nearly detective enough to figure out anything worth knowing.
I'm from North Cali, haha. I grew up in Redding. Ever been there? Despite hitting up Shasta Lake constantly... the sun never made an impression.
haha, do you still bite?
And re-reading this... and every other review I put ANYWHERE brings me to the conclusion that I overuse 'Haha'
O.o
Sad.
But I really do laugh a lot. And if I'm not actually laughing, then I'm laughing on the inside.
That counts, right?
