Are you going to take some of the Clone War stories into this as in a certain Apprentice of Anikens?

First off thanks for another review.
Okay there will be an inter-weaving of canon (Clone War battles etc) in to the story and some AU stuff of my own.
Without giving too much away there will be skirmishes and small battles but later in the story (At this stage the 1/2 written chapter 16) will see our first major AU battle.
Till then their are some cool fights and action but its not till the 1/2 way point (Chapter 16-ish) that we see Harry and Luna lead the adepts as a fighting force)
Ahsoka Tano will appear in the story and she will be Annakin's padawan. Annakin and the others will interact with HP BUT this is not an 'insertion' fic per say. HP and LL will have their own adventures and will interact with different Jedi in the story. They will not be present at all canon events (Which unless stated elsewhere we can assume have occured.)
