Wow, just, wow.
I like the way James reacted and though I don't like it I can understand Lily and Remus reacted the different way.
However I have to admit I'm disappointed since Sirius didn't believe it either. I'm not saying your character is OOC; actually he's very well in character. But Sirius in the canon world means so much to Harry that it will hurt more if Sirius in this world wants nothing to do with him.
It's sad, really, that the people Harry cared didn't believe him or his counterpart, and the only person who believed him seemed to like him less and less, and what makes it worse is that this person happens to be his father － well, in a way.
I believe no matter how much James despite Harry's way to do things, he would cooperate Harry well enough to even make Harry satisfied, but the consequence may be bad, very bad. They could/should have been father and son, not strangers who shared a common goal.
Oh, and I want to point out that I didn't mean it when I said most of OCs are rubbish. I know many stories could not go far without the help of OC and not every OC is annoying Mary Sue. Just I don't like the feeling that those important characters are running freely in the story and holding great place when I have no idea who they are... Well, barely make sense I know. Doesn't matter anyway, since I love your story and can take it as long as you make the story canon-characters central.

Yes, I must say that I too am disappointed in Sirius. However, for plot reasons, as well as following Sirius's character and the history that I've given this Sirius with the Potters and Harry in particular, I had to write him not believing Harry. Though, I wouldn't say that Sirius will want nothing to do with him.
As for Harry and James's relationship...well, it will be a continued theme throughout the story. I hope from what I've written so far, it is apparent that there is a sort of struggle going on between them, as they're linked together by the knowledge of Harry's true origins (as well as the fact that they are father and son, in a way, though Harry will not admit it), yet they both couldn't be more opposite of one another, yet more alike at the same time. I hope to give an interesting dynamic between the two as a subplot that will hold the readers interest as much as the overall plot.
Anyway, thanks for reviewing...and yes the story will remain canon-character central with the main focus on Harry. As I said, I will use OCs, but they won't have unnecessary scenes. If their is one thing I can't stand, it is OC point of view segments that practically serve no purpose, only serve to show how the OC feels about Harry or the situation or whatever and contributes absolutely nothing to the plot.
