Good story. I am glad you included HG, LL, and NT in Harry's life while carrying the story to Calif. I always liked BtVS (more the movie than the series) even if it was a little to heavily involved in teenage angst. But, as that is a sad symptom to too much HP fanon, you just have to either accept it or avoid those types of stories.
