My only question is how is it going to be until the Deatheaters find them?? Also I wonder if their new neighbors could be magical?

That is, of course, assuming they still live in Number 4. Also, there really wasn't much Death Eater activity. It's only in fourth year once their Dark Marks darken and they have suspicions that Voldemort is coming back do they even do anything.
And, of course, that's also assuming people know where Harry lives. At this point in time, it's not really a priority of the DE's to do such nefarious activities.
As for their neighbors, eh, nope.
