Review for MY BUNNY HUTCH

MY BUNNY HUTCH

Gabrielle is easily one of the most underappreciated girls in the series. She's also one of the most versatile in fanon, as we know enough about her to get a general idea, but not so much that we can't embelish realistically.

I'm not at all surprised Harry is married to Hermione and Luna, nor am I really surprised with how Ron turned out.

All in all, a good read, and another reason to fav this collection.

Author's response

Heya LabRat,

One of the things Rowling slipped up on is character development. In canon, Gabrielle is a damsel in distress…much like Ginny-Sue. She appears, plays her part and vanishes without another thought. There are several very good Harry Gabrielle stories out there, the best in my opinion, would be HOPE by Jeconais. You can find it on Fanfic Authors.net.

Hermione/Luna is difficult to write, due to the disparaty in their personalities, but each in their own way grounds Harry’s ‘fire’. That said, they do make for an interesting mix.

Ron is a no-brainer. He’s shown that side of his personality since the very first. This just brings it out in a rather drastic manner.
