Lemme tell you a story. When I first started on FicWad, I had three voices in my head. Over time, they faded, but one event shocked one. Her name was Ashlie, and she's going to be in your fic whether you like it or not. :)

Personality: Evil, cunning, VERY sadistic, but broken inside. Why? Check the backstory bit I included.
Looks:
Hair- Naturally pale blonde and long, but now dyed black with a massive chunk of blond- think skunk stripe style. Jack Barakat, baby.
Eyes- Hazel, with darker flecks round the center. They usually look frightened, shallow, and defeated, but when she's out murdering or with Alex/Andy, they turn bright, adventurous, mischevious, like she's having the time of her life.
Skin- Pale as fuck.
Anything else: She's dating Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low) or Andy Biersack (Black Veil Brides), your choice, and whoever you pick helped her with the murder. And now, for the backstory bit.
When Ashlie was 16, her life was perfect. Her brother Andy was engaged to the love of his life, Finlay. The two were to be married on Halloween. Ashlie was doing well at school, had friends, and had a boyfriend who she thought was perfect. His name was Kevin. One night, he got drunk. Very drunk. Ashlie snuck out to meet him and some of his friends. They dragged her to a back alley and gangraped her, beat her, then left her for dead in the alley. The next day, Finlay found her and carried her to hospital. They fixed her up, but she couldn't ever unsee the events of that night. Ever since, she's sort of gone evil. Andy and Finlay know, but sort of don't care, because they wanted to kill Kevin too.
Too dramatic? :( I just thought she needed to make a return.
