You two -gestures at both of you- please stop hurting yourselves. I've been down that road as well, but I realized that in the end, it completely doesn't help anything at all. I don't ever want you to feel bad, and I don't ever want you to take it out on your bodies, either. You've probably heard it a million times but please, stop.

Aww, Jason's such a sweetheart. This isn't completely fluffy, there was a little bit of character development for everyone, I would say.
