I don't see Viktor just letting Marie go like that. Even if he didn't want to punish her for disrespecting him, or kill her like any other lycan, he'd at least want to keep track of her.
As you've probably guessed by now, this is certainly interesting enough for me to stay tuned in, but I find that I like your representations of Michae, Lucian and Viktor more than I enjoy Marie. I think what makes the character less believable is all the swearing. I just can't picture Sonja -- or any college-educated art student -- being this lowbrow all the time.
Far from being bored by a rehashing of the events of the movie, I think I'd like to see those events as they'd happen in this scenario. Would Lucian distribute his soldiers differently if he knew he had to protect a woman who might be Sonja? Would he keep her nearby or secure her elsewhere? Would he send her away if he knew Viktor was coming. It is a bit jarring to jump from an emotionally calm moment to an emotionally active one with no actual interlude.
Speaking of things being different because Marie was there, what if she had something to do with Lucian noticing Amelia's blood? What if she brought it to him, wanting him to live?
You've gotten a lot of hits for Mary Sue, and I'd have to agree that Marie is borderline at best. One way to divert people's attention away from the sueish side of things is to add more than one character to balance things out.
