Wow, that's more interesting than my school.
Our school is about a million years old, nothings been repaired or anything.
I've only been in the toilets twice a year cause they're scary. Each cubicle has a problem either:
No paper
Someones had a crap and not flushed.
No lock
And many more.
It's not nice =(

Yep, we do.
The boys bathroom is more strict though since someone stole a urinal. A URINAL.
The faucets don't work in my school bathroom. And there's always a used tampon or pad on the floor. Ew.
