I believe (but could be really wrong) that you get more points according to whether you use all of yours, and review. Whenever I review more stories and use up all my points I get a higher count of points each sunday.
I've thought of making a new account, but I don't want to just leave my stories. I'm so bad at finishing stories though. =/
