Hair: It's like...mucky brown? Not curly, just kind of matted.

face shape: Just generally round, I guess...he has high cheekbones which is very important. He's Irish.
height and body shape (if you want a full body one): I'm giving you creative control! He's got a long striped shirt.
skin: He's REALLY pale.
nose: Like...greek nose? I don't know...close to Kurt Cobain's.
lips: Use your judgement...they're not anything like Brendon Urie's lips...cause that's kind of scary for a dude...
eyebrows: You decide! :D
tattoos: Nope
piercings: Nope
scars: He's got a few on his neck and his wrists.
style: Hrmmm...He looks kind of like a runaway. He's small, but he's tough.
make up (if any): Nah, he's got freckles though.
anything else: He smiles a lot, but like, he's not happy...he's got bruises on his face too. I can tell you his backstory sometime if you want. I'm making a dark comedy comic...I haven't a plot, but it'll come in time!
