I don't know what you mean by "who ships who"?? But I do think you have a point, to some extent at least. The stories aren't the main focus on this site, it's the people and the drama they cook up. Nothing wrong with focusing on the users, it's just that, the fiction tends to get a bit lost in the mix when people only read stories by their friends and ignore the ones that are written by the "unpopular" (and by that I mean the ones who aren't as involved in the Ficwad drama and therefore are unknown) and even those stories that are by the people you may not personally like.
I don't get many reviews either, but I don't mind. I don't have a lot of readers, and I'm very aware that I am not exactly liked here, but hey, not my problem.
My point is, I wish you wouldn't leave, but if you aren't enjoying your time here, I guess it would be best if you find something else. But if you do like it here, even if you have friends here, don't just swear off the entire site, please. You can still come here, but that doesn't mean you have to spend every minute here. Branch out.
