This was an excellently done chapter. And with this, I can't help but feel both Joseki and Danzou's days are numbered.
One thing I am curious about is whether or not Rin's loss of memories will adversely effect Naruto and Tsunade's attempt to take Danzou down.
I also hope you resolve the issue between Naruto and Kiyomi. I'll be honest, I'm a little biased, but Kiyomi is my favorite of all Naruto's girls. I've just got a thing for Naru/Kyu.
One thing you may want to do as well is focus some attention on the other girls that, while maybe not important to the main plot right now, are still out there doing what they can to help. We haven't heard from the likes of Tayuya, Koyuki, Kin, or any of the other girls for a while.
