Don't worry about it. I love all lengths of stories, but long ones are also my favorites. But sometimes when I feel like it, I would read short ones too. Ehehehe, yes sexy Kai~ Lol~!
Uhm... have you read the beginning notes? Ah, don't worry. Shachou-sama means something like "president" or "chief". Don't worry. I'm not really English, but I just picked this word up from a good friend who knows more Japanese than I do ^^;;
