It's okay. I always feel like I'm going to get ditched whenever my friends make new friends, and I feel so selfish and rude for simply feeling that way, so I know how you feel.
Does Tom treat her nice? Do you think that Tom will treat her nice? If you do, then you should feel happy. As long as he's nice to her and she's happy, then that's all that should matter, but I get why, despite that, you would feel that way.
Maybe you should talk to Jess H. Explain to Jess H what happened with your other friend, and why you feel that way. You shouldn't say that they shouldn't go out, but you should explain why you would feel like she's going to ditch you. Hopefully, she'll assure you that she won't ditch you, because that isn't what friends do. Try to get to know Tom a little better, too. Maybe you'll like him a little better, and they'll both be your friends, so they can assure you that you won't be ditched because they are your friends.
