I hate throwing up, too. I'm not scared of it though, so I don't relate in that sense :D It does bother me if I see other people throw up, and for me, it's more the feeling of that icky stuff coming up my throat... And the smell... I mean, gosh, that's just gross!
Okay, so now we're talking about vomit. That's... sad. :D
