I am quite curious about the conversation on taxes that you have included in several stories - I have never seen a case where government interference and higher taxes has accomplished things in a better manner than private enterprise can, and if corruption is part of the problem, a ministry with a greater percentage of the GNP will inevitably be even more corrupt.
