Though, one critique: I have no idea what you intended to say with "joH'a' puq vo" as I guess this not-klingon was gleaned from Mr.Klingon's broken "translator". In attempting to divine your meaning I note you have:
/joH'a'/, noun, meaning a high lord/lady.
/puq/, noun, meaning a child.
/vo/, is not a word that exists. In Klingon transliteration the apostrophe is another letter which is vital to the word and not merely punctuation. So there are a couple of possibilities for what might be the intended word.
There is a verb vo'/, meaning propel. There is also a noun suffix /-vo' indicating an action in a direction away from the noun. e.g. pa'vo' yIjaH - commanding someone to "leave the room".
If you wanted to say "the child propels the high lord" for some reason, your sentence would look like this:
joH'a' vo' puq. Note the Object-verb-subject sentence structure.
If you wanted to say something like "high-lord's child" or "child of the high lord", there is something called the noun-noun construction where two nouns are placed in a row. Thus "joH'a' puq" would be "child of the high-lord" or the "high-lord's child".
