Beware the quiet ones because they're the ones you never, ever suspect. In many ways, if she were not a muggleborn, Hermione Granger would have done as well in Slytherin as Harry Potter. The implications are both worrying and terrifying, depending on how you look at it! :D

I read in one story several years ago where Snape said at the end, “That one is a born Slytherin.”
I agree. Even in canon, she was capable of so much. Blackmail, sedition, terrorist activities, espionage…
I’m trying to work up a story arc where she is the upcoming Dark Lady, but nobody suspects. Alas, that’s for the future. Just now I have at least three multichapter fics almost ready for posting.
