Exactly. There was a problem with this on DeviantART a while ago. Someone had used the same colours for a character as someone else and there was a major freak out.
It's kinda like how a lot of people think The Hunger Games was copied from Battle Royal. Same basic plot, but no other similarities.

Well I've seen a few of these basic similarities in quiet a few things. But I guess when it comes colours there isn't really much you can do, there are only so many colours on the spectrum, but a complete copy is a little suspicious.
