Wow. That was ... wow.
At first I thought it was Gin talking, perhaps musing over his past, but I soon realized it was Shinichi. This is short, but I don't think it needs to be any different. The picture you've painted is intriguing. Gin got what he "wanted", apparently, to make Shinichi hate ... or perhaps he wanted and got a release. I can't imagine Gin being someone who's very satisfied about life, particularly his own. Yet, he's not the type who would ever kill himself. He stubbornly presses on, no matter what. XD
