A THOUSAND YEARS

Heh, well, Snape sure went out quick, and in a way, he did it on his own terms to say the least. Will look forward to,what will happen when Harry gets rid of therest of the fragments, and what will happen in the aftermath, if the wizard ing world of Britain will make the attempt to turn a corner, or if it will slip back into bad habits much sooner than would be worth the trouble Harry went through?

Author's response

Heya Wonder!

In many ways I agree. I despise the character, for reasons I’ve gone into already, but as bigoted and mean spirited as he is, he’s also intelligent. Given a choice between a fast death and having my soul sucked out by a demon, I know which I’d choose.

Fragments: I hope you like the way I get rid of them.

Backsliding: Wonder, shame on you. You should know by now I won’t let that happen. That’s why I choose such strong characters as Harry’s allies. Even with him out of the picture, they will press forward to keep things going in the right direction. Besides, with Dumbledore, Voldemort and all of the Deeters dead, and most of Voldy’s supporters in prison or on the run, the major reasons for the blood-purist mindset, are gone.

This doesn’t mean there can’t be another dark lord trying to rear his (or her) ugly head in the future, but that would be another story.
