Ohh and regarding potential Suna Kunoichi for Naruto's harem, I'd suggest Nefertari Vivi from One Piece, since she's from a Desert Country and is a pretty interesting character. Along the same thread, I'd add a few of the other One Piece characters who come from the same arc, such as the Broque Works ladies (Miss Valentine and Miss DoubleFinger) who all are powerful fighters.
This led me to thinking about what attributes/abilities potential Suna Kunoichi should have and one which stood out the most was their wind element predisposition, so characters such as Fuuko from Flame of Recca, Kazehana from Sekirei, Tabitha from Zero no Tsukaima and aged-Wendy from Fairy Tail. Also, thinking of Sekirei, there are also other wind users like Yomi, in addition to cloth-users like Uzume (with abilities similar to Maki).
If you want to bring in more puppet-users, there are the many characters of Unbreakable Machine Doll, which includes a female puppet, Yaya, who would make an interesting parallel to Sasori.
