As far as I know, Ficwad does send out an email to people with a story on alerts when that story is edited; at least, I found a set of such emails from a few years ago from edits. I don't know if the lack of any since means this has changed or if none of the fics I've got on alert have been edited since.

I can see why you'd need to be in a particular mood to write a fic like this, but I have to admit I enjoyed it. You really captured the... hubris, I guess - where a character's flaws and mistakes are obvious to the audience but they're too caught up in themselves to see them. A whole fic written in the same style as a black comedy would be interesting to see.

That said, I'd rather see updates to your other fics first.
