The M/M is both what I want to write, and what was specifically asked by the gentleman who requested this story. I've been wanting to write an M/M story for a while, but I haven't in my non-smut stories over at Fanfiction.net mainly because I don't like many of the male characters, and neither do the characters in this story. But in porn, that doesn't matter as much. In fact, in porn, I can make the dislike part of the relationship.

Also, I'd object to your second sentence. I won't get into the sexual inequality between genders that comments like that enforce, where a guy that sleeps with loads of girls is applauded, whereas a girl that sleeps with just a couple of guys is insulted, although you can tell that comments such as that annoy me, but it's not canon that there is no divorce in the magical world. So I've decided never to say it is in any of my stories.

I think that a marriage where you are forced to stay together isn't truly a marriage. Marriage is about choosing to be with someone for the rest of your life. You have to retain that ability to choose for the original choice to still be valid, in my opinion.

It's like the reason why I don't like that whole Soul Bond tripe. Forced love isn't truly love. Love is more beautiful when you choose to be with your partner, not when you are forced to, be it by a soul bond or magically enforced marriage vow.

That's why I think Paladeus' story, Death's Pride, is the only story that does Soul Bond's well. Because the characters retain their ability to choose whether they want to pursue the relationships.

Basically, the M/M scene is happening, and Harry is going to choose to stay with Tonks afterwards, not be forced to.

I'm sorry that you're not pleased about that, but I understand that it's not everyone's cup of tea. It won't be happening until chapter 5, so if you want to read chapters 3 and 4, those are going to be straight, guy on girl sex scenes.
