This was a very nice chapter, no excitement but good background and building of the characters. Harold and Mary reacted realistically to finding out that the person who was their son is now a conglomeration of their son and their grandson. It could be nice comic releif, as the story progresses, to have Mary quizzing Harry on this girl or that one for James as she meets or hears about them.
