At the rate of infiltration of the ministry by the DEs, might as well just call everyone in to work on some trumped up emergency then blow the entire building to hell! There are so few honest people working there it's nolonger worth trying to save it. Of course you don't let it leak out you're planning to kill everyone who works there or the ones you really want and need to kill will stay away.
