I don't understand why Harry doesn't get rid of Malfoy. He knows he was behind the attacks. That premeditated murder to the very highest degree. Besides, he's a known Death Eater and supporter of the psycho Tom Marvolo Riddle. Killing them this early would prevent them doing any more harm to the rest of the British magical world. Not to mention it'd sure change the way their children were raised. That in and of itself might make the future a better place to live. The attitudes of their children might actually shift away from following a madman when or if he should regain a body.
