Well I confess to being curious of how this could possibly continue. Iskandar is without question the greatest character that the Fate series has produced thus far, and One Piece is a marvelous setting for the King Of Conquerors to find himself in.
So I'll keep my eyes open to see if this ever updates. And if it does, I'll happily read and see where my King finds himself.
