Frankly I don't see why somebody doesn't just get the Dursley's arrested for child abuse! Also, investigate those supposed blood wards. Are they truly there to protect Harry or are they there to protect the Dursley's? And at the same time, keep Harry weak perhaps? I wouldn't put it past Fumblewhore to make it both protect the Dursley's and weaken Harry! The health charm that Harry's Heads of House put on him will be extremely enlightening to put it mildly!
