I know the story explicitly says "Gray Harry" but then you go and (1) have him use an Unforgiveable... twice... including an order for his uncle to rape his aunt. (2) set up deadly traps around a public area that caused the destruction of multiple businesses and assaulted police/aurors.
... this isn't "Grey" this is "Dark". And, after destroying her brother's business, I hardly think that Ginny Weasley (who cannonically was dating Dean at the time) is about to beg Harry to take her away; he is acting like a complete psycho. ... and, honestly, Ginny isn't developed as anything other than a "fangirl" and is totally uninteresting when compared to at least a half-dozen more developed & interesting possible romantic interests his age (Susan, Patils, Lavender, Luna, Katie, Hermione...) who AREN'T related to Howler Harradan Molly or Jealous Fickle Garbage Gut Ron (no issues re. the remainder of the Weasleys).
