Boring? I think I see what's going on here. This is a picture of an attractive male elf engaged in one-on hotness and that's it. It's a nice pinup poster but there's no action (except for the solo action). If you hadn't said "elf," I'd have no idea that this guy was supposed to be in Middle Earth; there's no insight on the setting. How about dropping us some of your interpretation of Tolkein's work or a twist at the end?
If this were Feanor, I'd put a take on how his love of beauty (his own) led him to the Silmarils (his mirror). If this were Finrod Felagund, you could go a little more lowbrow with a play on "deep-delving."
Author\'s Response: Thanks so much for reading and for the tips you've given me. You're absolutely right, out of context, this drabble is nothing much but a short description of some random Elf pleasuring himself, turned on by his reflection in the mirror. I've written it to tease some of my Feanor loving friends, and it made perfect sense to them, but only because we think alike. (and we're equally naughty!)Great ideas you've given me, in the second paragraph of your review. Especially about Finrod. Thanks so much. ;)
