You indicated it was Ranma and Rurouni Kenshin crossover but didn't credit the Salior Moon. As for Rurouni Kenshin portion of the crossover, I don't see it yet. The first chapter seems good, but I think you might want to tell what Kasumi believes what happen on Genma training accident so she has preset notion of the accident. While this different having the opening chapter in Kasumi point of view, you need to write more for to get more that fair rating from me.
