I'll be honest with you: There isn't anything actually wrong with this story. The writing is technically good and you don't commit any unforgivable literary sins. The problem is that there is nothing to really recommend this as a one-shot.
You cannot really write a story like this without going in to a lot more detail. Why did Harry do this? What is his goal? Does he have allies or is he doing this on his own? All these questions need to be answered before this story could really be worth the reading.
