Lily's letter was a wired one, why would she say that Harry need to befriend someone wuth the initials HJG; as we know is Hermione.
I understand why Dumbledore put a Tracking Charm on Harry, to make sure he is safe and later on to control him. But ahy did Umbridge put one on Harry??
How dair Dumbledore keep Harry from his friends and Hedwig... I would give the ass hell and soon.
