I realise that you haven't updated in a while, so if you've dropped this story I don't mean to be a hassle. However, I want you to know that I've really enjoyed reading what you have posted so far. I like how the story seems to fit into the canon timeline, and a House fic with actual medical drama is suprisingly hard to find, but you did it well.
Your 'House's inner voice' is really well written. The dialogue flowed very convincingly. Many times it's hard to include a such a large cast, involving everyone, but your character interactions seemed genuine. I especially liked the Cuddy-House, and the Team repartee.
Anyway, it's nice to read a long fic that is well-written and not so focused on romantic relationships, but rather actually having a plot beyond matchmaking. I'm interested as to where this fic is (maybe) headed, but rest assured it was a good read on its own.
Also, Side-Story == Cute. Although you might want to put a note about it in this fic, since stuff from it is referenced (you might have and I just missed/forgot it). Also also, I've never seen anything from 'The Stand' or '24', and still enjoyed this fic, so hopefully I didn't miss too much.
