Let's cut to the chase, cow. THAT was my fav Evie story ever. Not that I've read so many of them... but hey, I have been a faithful reviewer on the ones I have read. ;)
This was my fav. :)
Loved the plot (and the fact that you ended in on the high drama level and force me to read the sequel ;) ) but most of all, I loved the style and language.
That "the words spilled out of my lips like water" thing will be burnt into my memory forever and I will probably use it myself sometime.
