Well done. I think Vincents opinions are out of character, but that's just me. Either way, the fic was written well. In particular, I liked your writing style and your choice of imagery.

yes, i suppose that vincent would be considered ooc by fanon standards (i tend not to follow this, but to each his own). which is why, to be on the safe side, i stated that this was a touch au (i wanted to cover everything, scene included, with "au", but perhaps "a touch ooc" would have been more appropriate a warning for me to give?). :] thanks for your comments--i appreciate well thought out feedback.
